• Deposits and Cancellations. All dates are on a first come first serve basis. A deposit equivalent to the area rental fee is required to confirm your date. Deposits are nonrefundable unless the Club is physically not able to host your event.

• Menu Selection and Pricing. Your menu must be finalized at least one month prior to the date of your reception. The menu prices are subject to change until the specific menu is selected, at which time contracted prices are firm.

• Wedding Cake. The Boca Bay Pass Club does not provide wedding cakes, but we can provide a list of competent and creative bakers to assist you. There is never a cake cutting fee.

• Guarantee. Guaranteed counts must be received at least two weeks prior to your reception. This number will be considered your final count and you will be charged for that number or the number actually served, whichever is greater.

• Payment. Payment for the guaranteed amount is due two days prior to your reception. Any balance of additional charges is due in full the night of the reception. Please note: there is a 3% additional fee for payment with a credit card.
