HOMEOWNER Member 
Initiation Fee — 50% refunded, per bylaw terms,
    upon membership termination

** Renter must be sponsored by the homeowner they are renting from

Rates currently approved by the Board of Directors and subject to change
at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Annual Food and Beverage
Minimum includes service charge and sales tax.
