• Powerhouse
    • The Boca Bay Powerhouse is an intimate venue and is the perfect location for your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or welcome reception.

      This venue only offers buffet and passed hors d'oeuvres. (Plated meals are not offered at the Powerhouse)

      The Pass Club provides the following:
      Tables, chairs, standard linen, china, glass, silverware, staff, food and beverages.
      You may provided your own wedding cake.

      Buffet - Minimum 30 / 100 maximum

      Capacity Outside

      Buffet - Minimum 30 / 140 maximum
      Reception - Minimum 30 / 200 maximum (inside and outside)

      DJ or Acoustic Duo/Trio are only types of entertainment permitted in this location.
      All Events conclude no later than 11:00 pm.

      Parking is limited and the host will be responsible for coordinating trolley/shuttle transportation for all events at the Powerhouse

  • Gulf Lawn Ceremony
    • What could be a more perfect setting to say your "I do's" then on the lawn overlooking the Gulf of Mexico?
      The ceremony fee will include the setup and breakdown of our white padded folding chairs.

      Seating  Capacity

      220 people maximum 
      (additional fees may apply to rent additional chairs if ceremony and reception are held on the lawn.) 

  • Gulf Lawn Tented Reception
      • This venue offers buffet, food stations, plated dinners and passed hors d'oeuvres.
      • All food and beverage must be provided by the club, with the exception of wedding cakes and some desserts upon approval.
      • The Pass Club provides the following:Tables, Hi Top Tables, white folding chairs, standard linen, china, glass, silverware, and Servers/Bartenders
      • Additional Rentals from outside vendors are allowed upon approval.
      • Only 2 Tent companies are approved: US Tent and Sperry Tent
      • 220 Maximum on the Lawn
      • Cocktail Hour space provided outside the tent (weather permitting)
      • DJ or Band is permitted for entertainment
      • Generator will be required to rent
      • All Events conclude no later than 11:00 pm.
      • There is No parking for wedding guests at the Pass Club. The host will be responsible for coordinating trolley/shuttle transportation to and from the Club.
