The Boca Bay Pass Club is the premier private club
in Boca Grande 

Dining is only available to club members and their guests. The Pass Club does not offer reciprocity with any other private clubs or local hotels. Food and Beverage service is offered seasonally between the months of October and May.

Member Food and Beverage Outlets

  • Gulf Grille

    • The newly renovated casual Gulf Grille offers a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico. It features a state-of-the-art bar with 16 bar stools. On a beautiful day, the Euro Walls will be opened to enhance the "best views" on Boca Grande.

  • The Dining Room

    • The new Dining Room offers the club's quiet dining experience. While dining, you will have views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a private "Wine Room" and climate-controlled wine cellar featuring 1,404 bottles.  This Dining Room will be open for lunch and dinner and collared shirt and slacks are required.  During the season, the Pass Club hosts winemaker dinners with a picturesque view and a first-class dining experience.




  • Poolside Bar & Upper Pool Deck

    • The newly renovated Poolside Bar is the place to be with views of the Gulf and Pool. There are 10 barstools at the bar and an additional 7 stools at the drink rail. The most memorable sunsets can be witnessed from the Veranda and Poolside Bar.

  • Veranda
    • The Veranda is the most desired dining area at the Pass Club.  On the Veranda, the atmosphere is casual and is open for lunch and dinner service.

  • Sunset Room

    • The Sunset Room is located on the second floor of the clubhouse and has a full-service bar.  Beverage service and "small plate" appetizers are available Tuesday - Sunday evenings. The newly renovated Sunset Room has been welcomed by the membership. A new deck with fire pits on the north and south ends has been a comfy place for a drink and watch the sunset.  Members are able to reserve this room for private parties (minimum 25 and maximum 65 guests) for cocktail receptions.  Only one private party per week is permitted to limit the interruption of this popular member destination.

  • Club Room

    • The Club Room is a private dining room that is available by reservation only.  This room can accommodate parties up to 10 guests on one long table. Birthdays, anniversaries, business meetings, book club and family gatherings are the most popular occasions for this intimate setting.
